Sound baths and sound healing offer a deeply restorative experience, using therapeutic sound vibrations to harmonise the body and mind. Whether you choose a group sound bath or an individual session tailored to you, I will gently guide you into a state of relaxation, where you can deeply rest. You will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other instruments. Together, we will create a space for you to rest, reconnect deeply, and leave with a profound sense of peace, well-being and wholeness.

Sound Bath: A meditative group experience where participants are immersed in soothing sound waves. Ideal for relaxation and stress relief.
Sound Healing: A personalised 1:1 session using intentional sound frequencies - tailored to your needs - to calm the mind, rebalance the subtle energies of the body, promote deep rest, and bring about the opportunity to heal.
What to Expect

Settling in and Intentions
We'll begin with a calming practice to connect to the breath and calm the mind. Guided by what you need in the moment, we will set an intention for the sound experience, whether it is to rest and open to healing or invite in a different quality, for example more peace, abundance or joy.

30-60 min Sound Journey
As you rest I will fill the room with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other therapeutic healing instruments. Guided by your intention and my intuition, I will create the soundscape for you to bathe in supportive, healing frequencies.

Integrating & Grounding
After a period of restful silence to fully soak up the magic of the sound, I will gently guide you to a seated position and through a grounding practice, helping you to recalibrate and integrate any insights, lessons and peace uncovered on your journey.
